I receive a response "Store Telephone Number not found in the system."
The pharmacy phone number could not be found in our system.  Please verify the number on your prescription label, and be sure to enter all ten digits of the pharmacy phone number without dashes or parenthesis.   If you receive the same response contact the store pharmacist or email our Rx Support.
 
I receive a response "Patient birth date is invalid."  I have entered the correct birth date.
The store pharmacy system most likely has your birth date entered incorrectly.  You can call your store pharmacist and ask them to verify your birth date, or email our Rx Support.
 
I receive a response "Prescription data was not found in the system."  I have verified the number from my prescription label is what I entered.
Kerr Drug has recently changed the pharmacy label.  The prescription number is 7 digits long.  If your label has 10 digits, try keying just the last 7 digits and resubmitting.  If you receive the same response contact the store pharmacist or email our Rx Support.
 
I receive a response "The prescription does not have any valid refills left."
According to our prescription records, this prescription can not be refilled and will require your doctor's authorization to refill.  You can contact your doctor and request that refills for your medication be called in to your Kerr Drug Pharmacy.
 
I receive a response "Prescription has expired."
According to our prescription records, this prescription has exceeded the expiration date allowed and can not be refilled without your doctor's authorization.  You can contact your doctor and request that refills for your medication be called in to your Kerr Drug pharmacy.
 
I receive a response "The prescription has already been submitted for refill."
A request has already been received and is awaiting processing for this prescription.
 
I receive a response "An error was encountered while submitting your request.  Please verify that the information you entered is correct."  I have verified that all information is correct.
The Kerr Drug server or communications network may be experiencing a problem and your request has timed out.  Double check the store phone number you have entered.  We use the phone number from the label to route the request to the correct store.  If you continue to have a problem please email our Rx Support.
